We collect the information you choose to submit through the Market-Entry Diagnostic form or by email. This may include your name, company, work email, focused practice, current or target market, and the market-entry question or context you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry, assess whether Yingfluence may be able to help, arrange follow-up conversations, maintain reasonable business records and protect the website against misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers, including Netlify, to host the website and process form submissions. Information may be processed outside Singapore. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure transferred information receives protection comparable to that required under the Singapore PDPA.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes above or applicable business and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We use reasonable safeguards, but internet transmission is never completely risk-free. Please do not submit confidential, privileged, sensitive personal, technical or deal information through this website.

Access, correction and withdrawal

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data, or to withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue responding to your enquiry or providing a related service.

Cookies and technical logs

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Hosting providers may process standard technical logs to deliver and secure the service. We will review this notice and any consent requirements before introducing non-essential tracking.
